Our student programs are gender based social-emotional learning for ages 12-18 years old.
CHARM SCHOOL 101
Girls Social-Emotional Learning Program
Charm School 101 offers group sessions for young women’s groups/organizations(schools/churches/boys and girls Clubs, etc.). Group sessions work solely from the Beyond the Surface Universal curriculum created by Founder/CEO, Tiera Gilyard.
If you select this program, you, the client, will be responsible for creating the schedule on how many sessions you would like to host based on the curriculum. Sessions are specific to the group's needs. Each session will be 60-90 minutes long.
MILES 2 MANHOOD
Guys Social-Emotional Learning Program
Miles to Manhood offers group sessions for young men's groups/organizations(schools/churches/boys and girls Clubs, athletic teams, etc.). Group sessions work solely from the Beyond the Surface Universal curriculum created by Founder/CEO, Tiera Gilyard.
If you select this program, you, the client, will be responsible for creating the schedule on how many sessions you would like to host based on the curriculum. Sessions are specific to the group's needs. Each session will be 60-90 minutes long.

Raising your men and young ladies in this day in age can be tough. Parents should not have to go at it alone. The saying "It takes a village to raise a child!" is what this program is based on. We equip families with the tools and strategies to raise the next generation.
Our Pass the Torch is a program tailored to men, women, families. We will also offer one on ones and retreats.
