Miles to Manhood
Miles to Manhood is not only a program where young men can come together and grow in Christ, it is also a program that is dedicated to the father and hero of our founder/CEO Tiera Gilyard. Thurman Miles is a pilar in the community and has always been looked at as a father-figure in not only his children's lives, but the lives of others. We are honored to be able to have a program dedicated to the growth of our young men and have Mr. Thurman Miles as it's namesake.
Miles to Manhood offers group sessions for young men's groups/organizations(schools/churches/boys and girls Clubs, athletic teams, etc.). Group sessions work solely from the Beyond the Surface Universal curriculum created by Founder/CEO, Tiera Miles.
If you select this program, you, the client, will be responsible for creating the schedule on how many sessions you would like to host based on the curriculum. Sessions are specific to the group's needs. Each session will be 60-90 minutes long.
Meet Tyler Jefferson
Tyler will head the Miles to Manhood program within Beyond the Surface Universal.
I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. My purpose is to inspire in any form or fashion. My goal is to give guidance and healing that is needed in the lives of our young men. My goal is to show our youth the proper etiquettes in life through their character and morals. My end goal consists of turning a prince into a KING, boys into GENTLEMEN, healing with positive and healthy boundaries, helping find their purpose in life and respecting and loving themselves and others.
