Charm School 101

Charm School 101 offers group sessions for young women’s groups/organizations(schools/churches/boys and girls Clubs, etc.). Group sessions work solely from the Beyond the Surface Universal curriculum created by Founder/CEO, Tiera Gilyard.

If you select this program, you, the client, will be responsible for creating the schedule on how many sessions you would like to host based on the curriculum. Sessions are specific to the group's needs. Each session will be 60-90 minutes long.

Break down the barriers, and get ready to explore who YOU are with BSU’s Mirror Mirror. This is an activity withing the Charm School 101 curriculum that builds empathy, relationship and community by encouraging participants to dig deep and ask themselves,

“What do you see when you look into to MIRROR”.

Mirror Mirror is the backbone of Beyond the Surface Universal and is widely requested amongst sports teams and various youth groups. If you are looking for an activity that will shift the culture of your group/organization, Mirror Mirror/Charm School 101 is what you need.
